Any classical repertory from the following periods: 1600 – 1750, 1750 – 1813, 19 th Century composers, 20th Century to the present. Jazz pieces must be played from notated music only and may include only limited improvisations and embellishments.

The following may not be presented:
Minimalist compositions which do not contain significant changes of texture and
dynamics e.g. music by Glass, Einaudi and similar composers.
Romantic and other pastiche from exam books e.g. music by Béra Tagrine and
similar composers.
